Brint began his legal journey in 2009 at the University of Hawaii, graduating magna cum laude with his JD/MBA in 2012, with a focus in global entrepreneurship and intellectual property. He then graduated cum laude with a Master of Laws (LLC) from Duke Law School in 2014, where he was given advanced training on advising entrepreneurial clients and venture capital financing. Since then, he has worked in-house in several startup companies, wearing many different hats, like any other entrepreneur, having responsibilities in operations, analytics, sales, marketing, business development, and finance, in addition to legal responsibilities. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Hawaii.
Brint loves the energy that comes with entrepreneurship, having been an entrepreneur for most of his career. He loves helping entrepreneurs and inventors to cultivate their ideas and help them grow into solid businesses. He started his first business in high school, running a successful landscaping company, and then got started working in technology industries in 2005, writing business plans and investor presentations for a startup video game company. Brint has had many successes, and some pretty hard failures, and he’s learned more from the failures than from the successes.
